Once we receive your order, we’ll dispatch one of our talented carrier pigeons…just kidding. Typically, we ship your order within 1 – 2 business days via USPS or FedEx. Expedited shipping options are available upon checkout.
Yes! If you’re a business purchasing from us, skip the sales tax and buy yourself something nice…or not. To do so, you must first create an account. Then you can either upload the tax exemption document on the site or email us at orders@packlahoma.com and we can make your account tax-exempt. Every dollar counts!
Simply put, no. Business taxes can be hefty enough, so we do not pass on tariffs to our customers. We shoulder that burden so you don’t have to. What you see on the site is what you pay. There’s no unexpected fees.

While we used to offer the option for walk-in customers to stop by, we’ve since changed our policy. We now hold a will-call ordering option for our customers to streamline the ordering and pick-up process for everyone. Let us know if you have questions about an online order.
