Welcome to the Packlahoma Knowledge Base (otherwise known as FAQ). Here you’ll find everything you need to know about your basic product info and our policies, all of which are designed to give you the best shopping experience possible.

I placed my order. How long until it ships?

Once we receive your order, we’ll dispatch one of our talented carrier pigeons…just kidding. Typically, we ship your order within 1 – 2 business days via USPS or FedEx. Expedited shipping options are available upon checkout.

If I am a business purchasing from Packlahoma, am I exempt from sales tax?

Yes! If you’re a business purchasing from us, skip the sales tax and buy yourself something nice…or not. To do so, you must first create an account. Then you can either upload the tax exemption document on the site or email us at [email protected] and we can make your account tax-exempt. Every dollar counts!

Will I be charged tariff fees on my order?

Simply put, no. Business taxes can be hefty enough, so we do not pass on tariffs to our customers. We shoulder that burden so you don’t have to. What you see on the site is what you pay. There’s no unexpected fees.

Does Packlahoma accept returns or exchanges?

Sometimes, it’s a hit, and other times, it’s a miss. So we do accept both. To learn more about our return policy. You can find them here.

Can someone help me with my order before I place it?

I am local to Oklahoma. Can I come in person to make a purchase?

While we used to offer the option for walk-in customers to stop by, we’ve since changed our policy. We now hold a will-call ordering option for our customers to streamline the ordering and pick-up process for everyone. Let us know if you have questions about an online order.

I want to place a larger order but want to ensure I am choosing the right packaging options. Do you offer samples?
